Directions for general returns
Call our customer service department at (908) 832-9635 to initiate your return. We will provide you with a return shipping address and an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).

Please note:
To be accepted for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging and all accessories must be included. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually.

Please package your item back into its original packaging. Include a note with your name, address, phone number and RMA number. Your account will be credited with a full refund when we receive the returned merchandise. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

When will I get my order?

Will I be charged for return shipping?

Damaged or Defective Merchandise
